Calabona is a ground floor detached cottage, four miles from the coastal town of Arklow, County Wicklow. The cottage sleeps up to ten people in four bedrooms - three doubles (one with en-suite Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, basin and WC, one with en-suite shower, basin and WC) and a twin. There are also two single folding beds which can put in any room. Guests have a main bathroom with bath, basin and WC, while the living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area (seats 6), a utility room, a sitting room with multi-fuel stove and a second sitting room. The property offers a conservatory, along with a lawned garden with decking, patio areas and furniture. There is also a private tennis court. Ample off road parking is available. With the amenities of Arklow within easy reach and superb beaches a short drive away, Calabona makes a great base for a family get-together in County Wicklow. Note: There are two internal steps from hallway to main sitting room and from second sitting room to one double bedroom. Note: Owner has an art studio next door, which holds classes throughout the day. Archery lessons and art classes available by prior arrangement with owner. Note: There is a caretaker on-site.

Lawned garden with decking, patio areas and furniture. Lockable bike storage. Private tennis court (rackets and balls provided). Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
